PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a band coil from being loosened, to facilitate the portability, to reduce the storage area, and to facilitate the handling by opening a drawing outlet for a resin band in a part of a case body capable of rotatably storing the band coil of the resin band, and adding a handle part for portable use to the case body. SOLUTION: To use a holder 1 for a resin band, a doughnut plate 17k is set to an end of a reel member 17, and a center hole of a band coil C is inserted in the reel member 17. A holding piece 19 is brought into contact with the band coil C to prevent a resin band B from being loosened. Then, an end portion of the resin band B is passed through a notch 18d of an elastic member 18c, and drawn out of the case body 2 from a drawing outlet 3. Then, the remaining doughnut plate 17k is set to the reel member 17, a stopper 17e is abutted thereon, and stopped at the axis 17b by a butterfly screw 17d. Then, a lid portion 7 is covered over a main portion 6 to close an opening part 5, and the lid portion 7 is stopped by coupling each fastener with a lid side plate 7b and a side plate 6b.
