PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily supply power to a portable telephone by providing a portable telephone holder support device with a lighter socket. SOLUTION: A flat and oblong mounting surface 10 is formed on the front part of a support device. The mounting surface is provided with two existing holes 12, and especially a portable telephone holder functioning as a charger adapter is fixed. A support member has a large flat base 16 in addition to the mounting surface 10, and the base 16 is substantially horizontal in the mounting position. A circular opening for a lighter socket 18 is formed in the base 16. The shape of the socket 18 is as usual. The support device is made of foam plastic, thereby easily foming the socket 18. Connecting wires 20, 22 can be also formed. The wires 20, 22 are extended from the support device to the lower side of a dash board of a vehicle and connected to a power supply source therein.
