PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectric transducer element enhanced in light utilization efficiency and using a photo-electrochemical reaction. SOLUTION: With respect to a semiconductor electrode 1 for performing optoelectric conversion by injecting light such as sunlight, a semiconductor electrode 2 is additionally formed so as to face to the semiconductor electrode 1 interposing an electrolyte layer 3, and a current-extracting opposite electrode 4 such as a metal mesh-like electrode formed so as to pass a light ray and pass electrolyte ions of the electrolyte layer 3 is formed between the semiconductor electrodes 1, 2, so that optoelectric transducer efficiency can be improved by further carrying out the optoelectric conversion of the transmitted light not used in the semiconductor electrode 1 and thereby enhancing the utilization efficiency of the light. Higher efficiency can be realized by using a metal oxide porous body having fine pores for the semiconductor electrodes 1, 2. |
