PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of the distribution cost in changing and updating commodity data. SOLUTION: The commodity purchasing system is provided with an ordering terminal 22 storing at least a commodity database and a customer ordering data in a rewritable manner to enable a customer to execute ordering operation and a collecting device 20 collecting and storing ordering data stored in the terminal 22 to give a commodity transaction instruction for every ordering person on the basis of collected data and outputting the update data of the commodity data base, and updates the commodity data base on the basis of the output of update data. In the system, update data include an identification code (change flag) describing the presence/absence of change in each item data in the commodity database in an identifiable manner to update changing item data to be selected by the identification code. |
