PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation monitoring support device which easily grasps the state of devices comprising a plant before these component devices are operated. SOLUTION: This device supports an operator who monitors the operation of a plant consisting of plural devices B and is provided with an input means 5 which inputs the operations of the component devices B and a video control means 4 which displays the state images on a video display means 6 to show the state of devices B in animation according to the measurement data which are obtained via the devices B.
