MOVING METHOD/DEVICE IN VIRTUAL SPACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moving method/device in a virtual space which can give a feeding of presence to a user on the occurrence of moving information in a virtual space and have less spatial restriction. SOLUTION: A moving interface device in virtual space is constituted of a pressure sensor board 1A and a conversion processing part 1B. The pressure sensor board measures the direction, the velocity and the extent of movement when a finger is moved on the face. The conversion processing part 1B converts the data into a motion vector in virtual space by using the ratio of the size of the space area of the pressure sensor board to the size of a virtual space area and a ratio of contact lapse time with the pressure sensor board 1A to the plotting speed of virtual space at the pertinent moment and gives the resultant vector to a virtual space system 2 as moving information.
