<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production instructing method which can properly deal with the disturbance of work times and can improve the working efficiency. SOLUTION: A work zone 4 is divided into three blocks Zi-1, Zi and Zi+1 having the mutually overlapping adjacent areas, and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd displays 8, 9 and 10 display the work instructions in each block. When a vehicle W1 is located between the overlapping areas of blocks Zi-1 and Zi, the displays 8 and 9 are operated. The variance of assembling times if occurred between the blocks Zi-1 and Zi can be absorbed within these blocks. Thus, an assembling job scheduled in the blocks Zi-1 and Zi can be surely completed and accordingly it's possible to eliminate the lowering of working efficiency due to the temporary discontinuation of a production line that may possibly be caused by a conventional technique and to improve the production efficiency.</p> |
