<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor lighting system with a simple structure promoting human biological rhythm consecutively present in a room for a long time. SOLUTION: This indoor lighting system is equipped with high-position luminaires 2 disposed on upper parts of a room, low-position luminaires 4 disposed on lower parts thereof, and a control part 6 for controlling the turning-on, dimming, and turning-off of the luminaires by using a timer. When the color temperature of the high-position luminaires 2 is designated as K1 and the color temperature of the low-position luminaires 4 as K2, K1 and K2 are in the relation of K1>K2, and the high-position luminaires 2 is controlled so as to be lighted during the daytime, while the low-position luminaires 4 to be lighted during nighttimes. The color temperature K1 of the high-position luminaires 2 is set to 5,000 K or higher, while the color temperature K2 of the low-position luminaires 4 is set to 3,500 K or lower.</p> |
