<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage unifiedly a fault report prepared by a maintenance personnel on the basis of a defect and failure of an installed device and a failure report of installed devices collected on line with a failure history book in the same format. SOLUTION: The management system is provided with a manual preparing means 14 that receives a manual entry, selects a failure installed device book file from an installed device book file 16, selects a failure phenomenon classification of failures of installed devices from a phenomenon classification table 17, and registers the failure history book file to a failure history book file 18 and an automatic preparing means 15 that compares event history information collected on line with signal link information stored in a signal conversion table 19, automatically selects only failure event history information and registers the failure history book file to a failure history book file 18.</p> |
