PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the switching operation of a device by forming a projecting part in the direction binding the movement of a roller engaging with a lever in the peripheral part of the lever. SOLUTION: A switching operation is stably performed by forming a projecting part 50 in the peripheral part of a lever 14 to regulate the engagement position of a roller 18 and thereby imposing a predetermined load on a breaking latch 16. In a closing operation, while a closing cam 1 is pushing up a main lever 11, the peripheral part of the lever 14 abuts on the roller 18, the roller 18 is hit at the moment it comes into overrun and vibrates on the engagement surface of the breaking latch 16, but the vibration range is immediately regulated by the projecting part 50 formed in the peripheral part of the lever 14. The overrun of the lever 14 is terminated after the main lever 11 exceeds its upper dead point, and the lever 14 is engaged with the breaking latch 16 through the roller 18. The roller 18 is engaged at a proper position, a predetermined action load is transmitted from the lever 14 to the breaking latch 16, and the torque required for a breaking coil is set constant, so that the stable switching operation can be realized.
