PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrences of a through current and noise when the on/off of a transistor is switched. SOLUTION: When a node 19 changes from a low level to a high level, a P channel transistor 17 is turned half on so as not to make a node 20 a GND level completely at the beginning with a transistor 11, a node 24 is lowered to the neighborhood of the GND level gradually and subsequently, an N channel transistor 15 is turned on to turn on the transistor 17 completely with the node 20 as a complete GND level. When the node 19 changes from high to low, an N channel transistor 18 is turned half on so as not to make a node 23 a VDD level completely at the beginning with a transistor 12, the node is increased to the neighborhood of the VDD level gradually, subsequently, a P channel transistor 16 is turned on to make the node 23 the VDD level completely, and an N channel transistor 18 is turned on completely. The operation prevents a main buffer from being shifted to an on state rapidly.
