PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize initial cost and running cost and to retrieve address information at a low cost only at the necessary time by providing a money reception check means and an output means for displaying retrieved address information by the check result of the money payment check means. SOLUTION: A numeric key is depressed, a telephone number is inputted starting with the area code, a recognition key is depressed and an address is recognized. When the recognition key is depressed, the address is retrieved from a CD-ROM drive based on the telephone number. When the address is retrieved, effect that the address is detected is displayed and the supply of coins is urged. When the coin of an amount displayed on a screen is supplied from a money supply port, a money receiver 13a checks the supplied coin and decides the amount. When the coin of the prescribed amount is supplied, a map showing the address and an address position is displayed by color LCD. A printer 14 prints the address and the map on inserted sheet paper and it is sent out from an opening.
