PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of too many I/O requests and to secure access performance from a stable application program by improving the synchronization system of a disk drive. SOLUTION: An average load calculating means 11 calculates the sum of access loads of a disk drive notified by a load monitoring means 10 in a prescribed period and calculates an average access load by dividing the calculated sum by the number of notifying times. A synchronous quantity deciding means 12 decides synchronous quantity being a data size whose data stored in a buffer area are outputted to the disk drive with average access load and the access load. A synchronizing means 13 instructs a file system 5 to fetch data from the buffer area with the data of the decided synchronous quantity as a unit and to output it to the disk drive.
