摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit and receive more data between slave substrates by providing a modulator and a demodulator for the slave substrates respectively. SOLUTION: Slave substrates 2A and 2B are electrically connected to a master substrate 1 through a connector provided in the substrate 1. That is, the substrates 2A and 2B are electrically connected indirectly. Also, the substrate 2A transmitting data to the substrate 2B is provided with a modulator 101, and the substrate 2B receiving the data from the substrate 2A is provided with a demodulator 102. Further, a data bus 3 provided commonly in the respective substrates 2A and 2B is connected to the modulator 101 or the demodulator 102. That is, at least a data line provided between the substrates 2A and 2B in the substrate 1 is needed per data transmission between a pair of the substrates 2A and 2B. According to such a data transmission method, data lines connected between the substrates 2A and 2B can be reduced, and more data can be transmitted with the limited number of data lines.
