PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the efficiency elevation and cost reduction of a heat pump and an internal heater, and promote the spread of a small-sized hot water supplier for home, by making a hot water tank small as far as possible, and making the installation space small. SOLUTION: This small-sized hot water supplier comprises a hot water tank 1, a heat pump 2 capable of circular flow operation, and a hot water supply load 3, and pipes a are connected severally from a city water supply source 4 to the inlet on the downside of the heat exchanger 23 of the heat pump and the bottom of the hot water tank 1 through a pressure reducing valve 5, and besides pipes b and c are connected from the outlet on the topside of the heat pump water heat exchanger 23 to the top of the hot water tank 1 and hot water supply load 3, and the interior of the hot water tank 1 is kept in a temperature stratum of such a temperature gradient that the top is high and the bottom is low, and a heater 11 is built in the lower part, and further a temperature sensor 12 is buried within, and when it comes to a specified temperature or under, the additional operation of the heat pump is started quickly, and also when it gets over the specified temperature, the operation of the heater is started quickly. |
