PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of calculating a character display position and to improve the efficiency of compilation work by providing a processing means calculating a character display size and a margin and deciding the character display position in a frame and a display control means displaying a character the display position decided by the processing means. SOLUTION: CPU 1 controls a whole device and executes various data processings. A random access memory(RAM) 2 stores a program for controlling the device and various pieces of data. A margin value operation means 7 calculates the margin of a header. A display position operation means 8 obtains the display position of a header character string. CUP 1 calculates a character display size and the margin based on a pattern table 9 storing the array pattern of characters and information on the respective means, decides the character display position in the frame of CRT 4 and displays the character in the decided display position. Thus, it is not necessary to calculate the character display position and the efficiency of compilation work can be improved. |
