PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate information by simplifying the input operation of data to plural kinds of managing functions so as not to generate any conflict in input data contents between respective managing functions. SOLUTION: This information managing device having plural kinds of information managing functions is provided with a data selecting part 38 for selecting data corresponding to respective managing functions from an inputted data item and a data generating part 42 for generating data for each managing function while using the selected data. Then, common data among data required for preparing information corresponding to plural kinds of managing functions are prepared as an input item and when the required data are inputted, the data of the respective managing functions are generated after the data item is automatically selected for the unit of each managing function.
