<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive color compsn. for a color filter which has excellent heat resistance, transparency (transmittance) and chemical resistance of a color filter, which enables water development and which does not give undesirable influences to the environment by incorporating a polymer essentially comprising a specified monomer and a thermosetting resin. SOLUTION: This photosensitive color compsn. primarily consists of a polymer essentially consisting of a monomer expressed by the formula, a photocrosslinking agent, dyes, a dispersant, and water or alcohol as a solvent, and moreover, the compsn. contains a thermosetting resin. As for the thermosetting resin, a melamine resin, guanamine resin, urea resin or the like can be used. As for the melamine resin, dimethylol melamine or the like can be used. As for the guanamine resin, acetoguanamine or the like can be used, and as for the urea resin, dimethylol urea or the like can be used. The melamine resin, guanamine resin or urea resin is usually used by 3 to 30 wt.%, preferably 5 to 20 wt.% to 100 wt.% of the polymer.</p> |
