PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filter circuit, which eliminates a noise component from a passing signal and doesn't cause the noise component to flow even to the ground, and electronic parts where this filter circuit is formed. SOLUTION: A fundamental signal as the passage object and the other unnecessary noise (higher harmonies or the like) which are included in a signal inputted to an input terminal 11 are separated by a low pass filter and a high pass filter, and the fundamental signal is outputted from an output terminal 12 through the low pass filter. The unnecessary noise component like higher harmonics passes the high pass filter and is supplied to a resistor R and is consumed by the resistor R and is radiated as heat. Thus, the noise component is not returned to the signal source and doesn't flow to the ground (earth terminal 13) and is approximately completely absorbed by the resistor R, and then, a conventional adverse effect on electronic apparatus is suppressed.
