摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct efficiency image encoding without causing visual distortion. SOLUTION: An image generating position extract section 104 receives input multi-value bit map information 101 and extracts image forming position information 105. An image forming position extract section 107 receives an input computer drawn image 106 to generate an image forming position. An image forming position superimposing section 109 superimposes the two image forming positions and gives the composited image forming position to a pixel value calculation section 112 and an image forming position decision section 110. The pixel value calculation section 112 measures the width of the composited image forming position and converts it into a pixel value. The image forming position decision section 110 calculates the gravity center position of the synthesized image forming position. The pixel value and the gravity center position are transmitted as image information. Encoding without distortion can be conducted by enhancing the precision of the gravity center position.</p>
