PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card processor capable of performing data communications with both types of IC cards which are a contact type IC card and a non-contact type IC card. SOLUTION: In this IC card processor having an IC card reader-writer performing data input-output to/from an IC card having a memory storing data, the IC card reader-writer is provided with a 1st inputting and outputting means which can input and output data when the data inputting and outputting means of an IC card is a contact type and a 2nd inputting and outputting means which can input and output data when the data inputting and outputting means of an IC card is a non-contact type. |
