PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch conference participants to the multiple address transmission source of image data without making a device and a configuration complicated by selecting a participant whose voice level is highest as a multiple address transmission source of image data and allowing the multiple address transmission source of the image data to forcedly select a participant for a fixed time in the case a participant who is not selected by the multiple address transmission source of the image data exists equally to or more than preliminarily set time. SOLUTION: A speaker selection signal 130 for selecting the produced image data of the line of the currently speaking speaker is outputted as a selection signal 131. Also, in the case that a line unselected by the speaker selection signal exists to for a preset time or more, a selection signal 131 for forcedly selecting the reproduced image data of the line for a specific time is outputted in an image selecting part 7. The part 7 is provided between a sound level detecting part 3 and an image processing part 4 and can switch conference participants other than a speaker periodically to a multiple address transmission source of image data 140. |
