PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the security without damaging the operability by a non- contact system. SOLUTION: An ID collation device 101 is provided with a storage part 104 having a registered ID code, an antenna part 102 formed of plural antennas (1-n), a control part 103 controlling the whole authentication operation and an output part 105 controlling the presence or absence of the output of an electric lock control signal 107 based on an authentication result. Information of an ID code 106a peculiar to a data carrier 106 and an order for reading the data carrier 106 to plural antennas are stored in the data carrier 106. At the time of authentication, the ID code 106a and the reading order 106b are read from the data carrier 106. The control part 103 collates the ID code in the storage part 104 with the ID code 106a which is read and collates the order for reading the data carrier 106 executed to the plural antennas with the reading order 106b so as to judge authentication.
