PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work for a filing operator by using the function of a digital image forming device by comparing the image data of a read original with the features of an image stored in an image memory, and operating image formation based on a registered image, when they match with each other. SOLUTION: A memory or a program are stored in an integral control part 64 of an image processing part 3. When an image reading part 2 of an image reader 1R reads the image of an original, the image of the original is compared with a stylized original format registered in a stylized original format memory. Then, when the stylized original format matching with the image of the original is discovered, a label format is read from a label format memory, and image formation based on the label format is operated by a page printer part PRT. Thus, a label based on the label format is automatically prepared, so that the labor and time required for the title preparation of a file on a filing operator can be eliminated. |
