PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound data processor with which if a sound file is converted into text data or not is known. SOLUTION: This sound data processor is a device which converts sound data in a specified sound file into text data corresponding to the sound data concerned and, has a control part 40 which detects whether or not there is a text file that has text data corresponding to the sound data in the sound file concerned with respect to the specified sound file and displays the fact that such text file is present when the text file exists.
