<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ether-ATM signal transforming unit that converts a plurality of Ether protocols and a plurality of ATM protocols. SOLUTION: A system employing the Ether-ATM signal converter consists of PCs 22, 23 connected to a HUB 11 that transmits/receives an Ether signal 20, devices 32, 33 connected to an ATM-SW 31 that sends/receives an ATM cell 30, and the Ether-ATM signal converter 10 provided with an ATM transmission reception section 11 that sends/receives the ATM cell 30, with an Ether transmission reception section 13 that transmits/receives the Ether signal 20, with a table section 14 that displays routing information to the ATM cell 30, and with a signal conversion control section 12 that controls for converting the Ether signal 20 and the ATM cell 30.</p> |
