PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an X-ray sensor signal processing circuit that eliminates a dark current being generated in an X-ray sensor and at the same time can obtain a value that is proportional to the number of average photons of X rays even when the number of incident photons is small, and an X-ray CT system using the X-ray sensor signal processing circuit. SOLUTION: A capacitor 114 and an integration circuit are provided. The capacitor 114 eliminates a DC component (dark current) from the output signal of semiconductor sensors 21-2n that detect pulsive X rays through a piece to be tested. The integration circuit integrates the output signal of an X-ray sensor where the DC component is eliminated by the capacitor 114, and is composed of an OP amplifier 115, a resistor 116, and a capacitor 117. As a result, the dark current being generated in the X-ray sensor can be eliminated, and also a value being proportional to the average number of photons can be obtained even when the number of incident photons is small.
|
