PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality superconducting cavity without welding defects, a manufacturing method of the superconducting cavity, and a superconducting accelerator made up of the superconducting cavity. SOLUTION: In welding a cavity 1 by using laser light, the entire cavity 1 is set in a vessel 5, both air in the cavity 1 and air in the container 5 are evacuated with optical heads 6, 7 for condensing the laser light inserted inside the cavity 1, then the atmospheres outside and inside the cavity 1 are changed into high-purity inert gas atmospheres of the same pressure by inletting an inert gas, and the cavity 1 is welded by the laser light under these conditions.
