PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fitting of a fire protecting board substance, even though the substance has a different thickness by arranging master crossbeams having lower transverse segments at their lower end parts so that their lower transverse segments are opposed to each other, putting both end parts of the fire protecting board substance on the lower transverse segments of both master crossbeams, and bridging small crossbeams between the master crossbeams, at positions above the fire protecting board substance. SOLUTION: A pair of master crossbeams 2 which are mutually opposed is arranged so that their lower transverse segments 1 at the lower end parts face opposite to each other, and the both end parts of a fire protecting board substance 3 are put on the opposed lower segments 1, and stuck by sticking appliances 13, etc. Then it becomes possible to fit various kinds of fire protecting board substances 3 of different thicknesses, depending on their kinds to a cable rack 6 beforehand, since the interval from the lower segments 1 of the master crossbeams 2 up to small crossbeams 4 is made equal to or larger than the maximum value of the thicknesses of fire protecting board substances 3 to be used. When assembling is performed, using a fire protecting board substance 3 composed of only metallic boards for example, the board substance 3 can be put and fixed onto the lower segments 1 without being hindered by the small crossbeams 4, since the board substance 3 is thin. Even a thick laminate of an inorganic board 3a and an iron board may be stuck below the small crossbeams 4.
