PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preparable a report by making multimedia information to be a picture, voice and test data mutually correspond. SOLUTION: A picture/voice information obtaining means 1 to 4 obtain picture data and voice data from a PC by communication to retain as a picture/ voice file. A text input information obtaining part 7 obtains text information, and picture/voice corresponding file deciding/obtaining means 11, 12 decide a picture/voice corresponding file which should be obtained in accordance with the text information from among plural picture/voice corresponding files and obtain it. A picture/voice obtaining means 13 analyzes the picture/voice corresponding file corresponding to the text information to obtain the picture/voice data and retains this as table data in combination with the text information. Report output means 14 to 20 output the mutually corresponding picture, voice and text data as an individual or batch report from the table data.
