PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update the data or programs of all terminals with operation from the side of host. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a host side 12 for previously storing data to be distributed, storing a distribution schedule for distributing data contained in information inputted from an input device 10, and sending the data to be distributed and the distribution schedule, a communication line 14 composed of a general public line, a mobile communication line, a radio communication line and the other communication line as a communication path for communicating the data and distribution schedule sent out of the host side 12 and a terminal side 16 for receiving the data and distribution schedule sent through the communication line 14 and controlling time to distribute data on the basis of the distribution schedule.
