PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information consisting of files expressed with various file formats to a user by interpreting an extracted file presentation program and generating a program peculiar for a platform. SOLUTION: A file presenting means 7 is a function module for running the file presentation program and presenting the contents of a file and is displayed on the screen of a cathode-ray tube(CRT) display, for example. A file presentation program interpreting means 8 interprets the file presentation program and presents the contents of the file by interpreting the file format while generating the file presentation program suitable for the platform of an information presenting device 100. Further, a file presentation program running form generating means 12 transforms the file presentation program inputted from a file presentation program input means 11 into more efficient form, namely, into executable form.
