PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select a document, which is to be linked, and to store it in the document storage part of the terminal equipment of a user by selecting the document to be lined and storing it in the document storage part on the basis of the relation degree of analyzed related information. SOLUTION: A document acquiring part 20a of a CPU 20 acquires a target document or document to be linked from a server designated by an inputted uniform resource locator(URL). A link information extracting part 20b extracts link information contained in the acquired document. A relation information analysis 20C analyzes an analysis information including the link information. On the basis of the relation degree of that related information, a document memory control part 20d selects the document to be linked and stores it in the document storage part. A memory condition acquiring part 20e acquires the memory condition of the document storage part and a relation degree change part 20f changes the value of the relation degree of the document to be linked corresponding to the memory condition. A memory condition setting part 20g sets the memory condition of the document to be stored and a classification condition setting part 20h sets the classification condition of the document to be stored.
