PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply simplify the constitution of entrance/exit parts at the time of setting the entrance/exit parts at a double track part for passing in a single track type traffic system. SOLUTION: A traveling lane is constituted of a single track part 3 and a double track part 7 for passing. The polarities of the electromagnetic nails E are switched so that the vehicle traveling to the direction X of advance and the vehicle traveling in the direction Y of advance can pass through the passing truck 7y, and use the entrance/exists 11a and 11b.
