PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable miniaturization with reliable insulation ensured by burying either of terminals for positive and negative poles in a holder stay. SOLUTION: The terminal strips 12, 13, 14, and 15 of an motor 1 are wired between the terminal strip lead-out portion 4f of a holder stay 4 and a U-shaped groove portion 4g formed on the side of each of bush holders 8 in the circumferential direction. The first and second terminal strips 12 and 13 are connected with the positive pole of an external power supply through connecting terminals and with brushes 9 for positive pole and the third and fourth terminal strips 14 and 15 are connected with brushes 10 for negative pole. The first and second positive-pole terminal strips 12 and 13 are buried and wired when a holder stay 4 is molded and are so designed that their tips 12b and 13b are exposed in the U-shaped groove portion 4g formed on the sides of the corresponding positive-pole brushes 9. Thus it is obviated to unnecessarily increase the thickness of the holder stay and miniaturization is enabled.
