PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely coat a flux on bond zones, etc., of outer connection terminals, without damaging a work to be treated. SOLUTION: A work 50 with many bond zones for bonding outer connection terminals is positioned on a support jig 30, prior to bonding the outer connection terminals, the flux coater coats flux on each bond zone. Flux coating pins 22, corresponding to the positions of the bond zones, are mounted movably in the direction to move the top end of each pin towards/away from the bond zone, a diaphragm 44 to which the other end of each pin 22 abuts, an escape space 48 is provided in the back of the diaphragm 44 for escape scope of the pin 22, and a coating jig having pressure control means 60 to communicate with the escape space 48 for controlling the pressure in the escape space.
