PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase capacity without reducing breakdown voltage and thinning the dielectric layer between internal electrodes by composing the dielectric layer between the internal electrodes of two kinds of dielectric layers with different temperature characteristics of a relative dielectric constant including a dielectric layer where at least change in temperature characteristics satisfies B characteristics. SOLUTION: First and second dielectric layers 12 and 13 with different temperature characteristics of a relative dielectric constant where at least the change in temperature characteristics satisfies B characteristics are provided so that an internal electrode 11 can be sandwiched. Also, one end of the internal electrode 11 is electrically connected to an end face electrode at an end face. Also, a metal layer that is not electrically connected to the end face electrode is provided between the first and second dielectric layers 12 and 13, thus obtaining a laminated ceramic capacitor with a large capacity, a small temperature change rate, and improved electrical characteristics without making thin the dielectric layer between the internal electrodes leading to the decrease in breakdown voltage and life.
