PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a reliable stopper operation by disposing a stopper section of a installation member on the opposite side across a shaft section from a part of a knob projecting from a case and constructing a rotation stopper for the knob with an engagement section and the stopper section. SOLUTION: A knob 6 is installed so that a part of it may be projecting from a case 9. A stopper section 1b of an installation member 1 is disposed on the opposite side across a shaft section 1a from a part of the knob 6 which is projecting from the case 9. An engagement section 6c and the stopper section 1b constitute a rotation stopper for the knob 6. When the knob 6 is rotated to adjust the resistance, the handle is rotated with the force applied in the direction shown by an arrow A and therefore the handle 6 bends in the direction A with the shaft section 1a as a fulcrum. Even in this case, the rotation stopper constituted of the engagement section 6c and the stopper section 1b works with reliability. The thickness of the knob 6 is set between about 0.5 mm and about 2.0 mm. Due to this structure, the knob can have enough strength and a reliable stopper operation can be achieved.
