PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide superior reliable connecting device accomplishing electrical contact suitably even in airtight condition, especially in vacuum. SOLUTION: A surface area is reduced maximally, and an air pocket is avoided by unitizing a plurality of contacts 8 (into a contact unit 10), and a low-degas property and high heat resistant material (a material reducing the difference between thermal expansion coefficients of respective members constituting the unit) alone is made to be exposed (a soldered part and the like are shielded inside the unit), while the contact element 8 is provided with flexibility. In this way, electrical contact can be accomplished only by deflecting deformation of the contact 8 itself, so that a sliding part is eliminated.
