PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a lead bar on a sealing member using a sufficient holding force and to provide enough air-tightness, by forming a deformation portion comprising a recessed part or a projecting part on an outer peripheral surface of the lead bar in an airtight joint region of the sealing member made of a tilting function material. SOLUTION: A lead bar 22 is a metal round-bar-shaped rod, and comprises an inner lead structure portion 24, a deformation portion 23, and an outer lead structure portion 25, and the deformation portion 23 is positioned in an air-tight joint region C. The rear end of the inner lead structure portion 24, the deformation portion 23, and the front end of the outer lead structure portion 25 are positioned and adhered to the air-tight joint region C of a sealing member 21, and are air-tightly joined with the lead bar 22 and a tilting function material for constituting the sealing member 21. In the deformation portion 23, a plurality of annular grooves 26 extending over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the lead bar 22 are formed in such a state that they are separated from each other longitudinally of the lead bar 22. These annular grooves are formed by cutting and machining the outer peripheral surface of the lead bar material.
