PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely attach a hub to a center hole formed in the center of a disk main body without generation distortion or the like in the disk main body. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device is provided with a disk holding mechanism 22 for holding a disk main body 6 having a center hole 7 bored therein, an adhesive coating mechanism 23 for coating melting adhesive 13 on a surface opposite the disk main body 6 of the flange section 10 of a hub 8, the flange section 10 being formed in the opening end of a main body section 9 fitted in the center hole 7, and a pressing mechanism 25 for pressing the hub 8 with the main body section 9 fitted in the center hole 7 of the disk main body 6 and the melting adhesive 13 coated on the flange section 10 by the adhesive coating mechanism 23 to the peripheral edge part of the center hole 7 of the disk main body 6 by a first pressure, then further pressing the hub 8 to the peripheral edge part of the center hole 7 of the disk main body 6 by a second pressure higher than the first pressure, and then further pressing the hub 8 to the peripheral edge part of the center hole 7 of the disk main body 6 by a third pressure higher than the second pressure.
