SLOPE MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a system for detecting the sign of collapse of a slope surely at a low cost. SOLUTION: A detection wire 3 having anchored 4 lower end is stretched tightly over a slope 1 and a detecting section 6 comprising a switch is provided at the upper end thereof. When the slope 1 cracks or swells, the wire 3 is stretched and the movable contact of the switch touches the fixed contact. A monitoring section 7 recognizes abnormality of the slope through conduction of the switch and abnormality is informed to a monitor from a monitoring section 8. Since the system can be configured with a wire and an inexpensive switch, cost is reduced while facilitating installation.
