ACCESSORY MOUNTING PLATE FOR GAS METER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting plate for mounting a remote control signal transceiver on a gas meter with reducing the cost. SOLUTION: The mounting plate 30 comprises a rectangular fixed frame 31 and apparatus mounting piece projecting sideways from the fixed frame 31. A counter cover 20 is fixed by screws to a seat 3 of a top case 2 with the fixed frame 31 inserted between the seat 3 provided around a counter opening 1a of the top case 2 and the peripheral edge 21 of the counter cover 20. Thus the fixed frame 31 of the mounting plate 30 is sandwiched between the counter parts, the apparatus mounting piece 35 is disposed in projecting sideways from the counter cover 20, and a signal transceiver 4 is fixed by screws to the apparatus mounting piece 35.
