<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame pulse phase synchronization device where phases of frame pulses of both active/standby systems can be matched independently of an ACT signal of a device control section and to provide its synchronizing method. SOLUTION: The frame pulse phase synchronization device is provided with synchronization lock control sections 2, 2' that receives 1st and 2nd frame pulse signals, select the 1st frame pulse or the second frame pulse depending on a state of 1st and 2nd control signals and output the selected signal as a synchronization lock signal, phase comparator sections 4, 4' that compare phases of the 1st and 2nd frame pulse signals and output the result of comparison, phase difference discrimination sections 5, 5' that discriminate whether or not a phase difference between the 1st and 2nd frame pulse signals is a half period of the 1st frame pulse signal or below, and provide an output of the discrimination result, and protection section 6, 6' that receive the comparison result from the phase comparator sections 4, 4' and the discrimination result from the phase difference discrimination sections 5, 5' and output the 1st or 2nd control signal to the synchronization lock control sections 2, 2' based on the comparison result and the discrimination result.</p> |
