PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce adjustment man-hours by automating an adjusting work related with distortion compensation, and to reduce costs by applying a control signal to a distortion compensating part, and adjusting the compensation distortion generating amounts of the distortion compensating part until distortion measurement data are a reference value or less when the distortion amounts of the inputted distortion measurement data are beyond the reference value. SOLUTION: A distortion compensating power amplifier circuit being a device to be adjusted is connected with a measuring instrument 5, and the test signal of designated frequencies is inputted from the measuring instrument 5. The measuring instrument 5 fetches the output of a power amplifier 1 at that time, and measures the distortion components, and displays the measured distortion amounts, and transmits the data through a connecting part 4 to a control part 3. The control part 3 compares the data with a set normal value, and when the data are beyond the normal value, the control part 3 applies a control signal to a distortion compensating part 2 for increasing or decreasing the resistance value of the variable resistor. After the distortion compensating part 2 is adjusted, the measurement is operated again. This processing is repeated, and when it is judged that the distortion amounts are the normal value or less, the resistance value of the variable resistor of the distortion compensating part 2 is set, and the adjustment of each transmitter is completed.
