PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proxy reception device capable of surely displaying the call of client data. SOLUTION: In this proxy reception device, auxiliary storage parts 16A1-16C1 for storing client data stored in a client data storage part 10 are provided in call incoming parts 16A-16C of a proxy reception center 20 to which a client 3 is connected through a telephone line 2 and which receives a connection signal transmitted from end users 1A-1C to the client 3 and forwarded thereto in place of the client and a received information display part displays client data called from the auxiliary storage parts 16A1-16C1. Thus, the state of disabling a substitutive job because of a fault or the like is reduced and reliability for the client can be improved.
