PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize airtightness of a case part without a special operation by providing a ventilation hole which communicates to the inside of a case to a connector part for electrical interface and stopping up a ventilation hole by a rubber material for waterproof arranged for waterproof of a connector. SOLUTION: A connector part is provided with a ventilation hole 4 which communicates to an inside of a case material 1 constituting a module such as a sensor. The ventilation hole 4 makes air inside the case material 1 escape by opening an inside and a connector side of the case material 1 when a cover 7 is bonded and holds inner pressure constant. Furthermore, the inside of a connector 2 for external device is provided with a terminal waterproof rubber material 5 in addition to a female terminal 3. That is, when the connector 2 is mounted, the terminal waterproof rubber material 5 in an inside stops up a hole at a connector side of the ventilation hole 4 and prevents water from entering inside the case material 1. As a result, an airtight structure of a module used for a sensor, etc., is realized.
