PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed wiring board which can reduce radiation noise without being affected by a viahole or the like. SOLUTION: A pattern wiring is branched in the vicinity of an output terminal of a first IC 12. A first pattern wiring 20 after branched is connected with an input terminal of a second IC 14. A second pattern wiring 22 after branched is so extended that the vector direction of a flowing high frequency current 32 becomes reverse to a high frequency current flowing in the first pattern wiring 20, and connected with an equivalent circuit 16 whose characteristic is almost equal to that of the input terminal of the second IC 14.
