PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of improving the quality of an image by cleaning an electrostatic charging roller for uniformly charging a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: As for an electrostatic charging part 132Y, a cleaning member 170 with a prescribed width in the rotating direction of the electrostatic charging roller 160 is attached to a supporting member 171, and the free end part of the member 170 is pressurized against the roller 160 by a prescribed pressure, and then, the free and part is deformed by a prescribed quality in the rotating direction of the roller 160, then, toner on the roller 160 is cleaned. The cleaning member 170 is attached to the supporting member 170 so that an angle formed by three points; a part P1 where the end part on the downstream side in the roller 160 rotating direction of the cleaning member 170 is attached to the supporting member 171, a position P2 where the upstream side end part of the cleaning member 170 in the roller 160 rotating direction comes into contact with the roller 160 and the rotational center P3 of the roller 160 may become >=180 deg. on the downstream side in rotating direction of the roller 160 where the roller 160 is rotated.
