PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a press fitting structure for a seat plate and a tank forming member and provide a tank structure of a heat exchanger having a superior anti-pressure characteristic. SOLUTION: There is provided a tank structure of a heat exchanger in which a tank-forming member 3 is oppositely arranged at a seat plate connected to a core section of the heat exchanger, a gasket 6 is installed between a peripheral edge 3a of the tank forming member 3, and a peripheral edge 1a of the seat plate and the peripheral edge 3a of the tank forming member 3 is fixed by press fitting a claw 7 extended and arranged at the peripheral edge 1a. The claw 7 is constituted into a raised piece shape under its press fitted state in which it is raised from the outer surface of the peripheral edge 3a of the tank forming member and has a curved section.
